It's a dress ... Can you believe it? This dress first came to my attention through Fox in Flats here a couple of weeks ago and I have been stealthily stalking it ever since waiting for a sale. Even though this was already a major bargain at $70 I really really hate paying full price. I went into Priceline at lunchtime to buy a lipstick (that's all I promise!) but they had a sale on all their perfumes ... so this happened!
